If there’s one thing that will really freak me out it’s a sonogram picture. I do not understand why everyone feels the need to share theirs. I hate it when people put the picture up as their profile picture on myspace. Give me a break, I really don’t want to see your uterus. Creeps me out every time.

I can’t really think of many people with whom I would share that. I know the grandparents-to-be would probably want to see it, but why would anyone else?

What are you supposed to say when someone shows you the sonogram? Wow, looks just like you! Or do you tell them the truth? That it looks like every other sonogram picture you have seen. That you are actually beginning to suspect that doctors print out the same one for every person?

I used to think the 3D ones were cool, but now they creep me out even more than the regular ones. That’s just freaky, and doesn’t it take some of the fun out of it. What if your baby is ugly? You’re going to sit around for the next few months thinking “Damn, my baby is ugly…that really sucks.

I hate it when people announce that they are pregnant by putting up the sonogram picture. Ew! When I am empress I will outlaw this practice right away.
